Cloud Engineering, Deployment & Ongoing Software Support

From application deployment and cloud configuration to maintenance and continued engineering, Auxilium360 helps businesses manage the technical foundations supporting their software.

Common requirements

Keeping Software Running and Moving Forward

Common infrastructure and maintenance needs, and how each is approached.

Preparing applications for production
Configure production settings, secrets, and environments so a release behaves as tested.
Configuring cloud environments
Set up environments on AWS or another supported platform to suit the application's needs.
Creating deployment pipelines
Automate build, test, and deployment so releases follow the same steps every time.
Managing containerized applications
Package applications with Docker for consistent behavior across environments.
Improving deployment consistency
Replace manual release steps with documented, repeatable processes.
Maintaining existing systems
Keep dependencies, runtimes, and integrations up to date and working.
Supporting product releases
Coordinate deployments around releases, with a plan for rolling back if needed.
Integrating application monitoring
Connect logging and alerting so problems are visible early.
Addressing technical issues
Investigate and resolve defects and performance problems within the agreed scope.

Scope of work

What Cloud and Maintenance Work Covers

The infrastructure and engineering work we offer, what it can produce, and how it can be arranged. Support scope and availability are always defined by agreement.

What an engagement can produce

Possible deliverables

  • Production deployment
  • Configured cloud environments
  • Containerization
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring integration
  • Maintenance arrangement
  • Deployment documentation
  • Technical improvements

Deliverables depend on the agreed scope of each engagement.

How the work is arranged

Engagement options

  • Fixed-scope infrastructure setupDefined environment, pipeline, or containerization work.
  • Deployment projectTaking an application into production, or moving it to a new platform.
  • Ongoing maintenanceUpdates, fixes, and improvements under an agreed arrangement.
  • Product engineering supportContinued development alongside infrastructure care.
  • Specialist supportProject-based involvement for advanced infrastructure or security needs.

Support scope

Maintenance and Support, Defined by Agreement

Support arrangements are agreed for each engagement, so expectations are clear before anything goes wrong.

  • Agreed coverage

Support hours and coverage are set in the agreement. Continuous 24/7 coverage is not a default.

  • Issue handling

How issues are reported, prioritized, and handled is agreed up front.

  • Planned maintenance

Updates, dependency upgrades, and improvements scheduled as part of the arrangement.

  • Specialist involvement

Advanced DevOps or security work is scoped separately and may involve specialists.

  • Documentation and handover

Environments and deployment processes documented so they don't depend on one person.

Please note: We don't advertise uptime guarantees, response-time commitments, or certifications. Any service levels are defined in the engagement agreement.

How we approach the work

From Assessment to Ongoing Maintenance

Infrastructure work starts with what already exists and ends with something your team can operate.

  1. Step 1: Assess

Review the application, current hosting, deployment steps, and pain points.

  2. Step 2: Plan environments

Agree environments, platform services, and the target deployment process.

  3. Step 3: Configure

Set up infrastructure, containers, configuration, and secrets management.

  4. Step 4: Automate

Build CI/CD pipelines for consistent build, test, and release steps.

  5. Step 5: Deploy

Release to production with monitoring in place and a rollback path.

  6. Step 6: Maintain

Keep the application updated and improving under the agreed arrangement.
